The "Nuclear" Filling Family visits San Diego!
Jake, Mal, Mike and Deb!
June 2, 2024, Jake and Mal took the Pacific Surfliner from San Juan to Solana Beach where we picked them up bright and early Sunday morning!
Here we are at Moonlight Beach in Encinitas!
Of course, it was June so what was the weather like? June Gloomy!
No matter the weather! Jake's and Mal's smiling faces lit the place up.
Back at Casa Zarina, I was firing up the selfie stick.

So we put out the cushions and hung out in the back yard

We took the Coaster to Little Italy one day

The we walked back to the station and went home!

The next day we took a road trip to see North Park and stop by the newly totally remodeled Lafayette Hotel.

It was a great, short-but-sweet visit with the Fillings. Jake and Mal left on Tuesday, and Deb and Mike left Thursday!
