mmmmmmmmmmmmmm The Trip Out CW Photos Family Weekend 1 Family Weekend 2 Family Weekend 3 Family Weekend 4 Edith Cometh Grandkids! The Trip Back Visiting McHughs |
April 20, 2007. I've started adding photos and commentary now that we've
made it safely to Williamsburg. So go ahead, click
Right Here! and see what's going on! The
photo below was taken today in the Historical Area of Colonial
Williamsburg. The sun is shining, the flowers are blooming and life is
good.
April 24th - I've added the rest of the photos from "The Trip Out" and a bunch of photos from April 20 in the Historic Area.
May 16th - I've finally posted the photos from our big family weekend. It was great to see everyone who made it and we missed those who didn't. Click on May 3 through 6 for photos. June 1, Friday - The time has gone so quickly! I can't believe we'll be leaving Virginia soon. We're looking forward to seeing our friends and spending the summer in San Diego, but we'll miss this place. (Although I won't miss all the work we've been doing on it, it's like having a job!) I've added pages about our friend Edith's visit and our trip to Baltimore to see my daughter and her family, and dogs. June 26th - Back in Encinitas and trying to catch up on everything. We had a good trip back, including a great visit with the McHugh Clan, stop in St. Louis to see Lorri's parents and a final night on the road spent at the luxurious (not really) Primm Valley Resort in Primm, Nevada, on I-15 just over the California line. Our house in Williamsburg is on Matoaka Court. Matoaka is the formal name of Pocahontas, the famous Native American who saved Captain John Smith from the chopping block. When we discovered that there is a town in Illinois named "Pocahontas", we had to stop by and check it out.
Here is what Pocahontas looks like in Illinois. Thanks for visiting RT7. We enjoyed our trip and hope you enjoy this site.
