The Trial and Hanging of Lord North

We attended the Trial, Hanging and Burning (in effigy, of course) if that tyrant, the Prime Minister of England, the reviled Lord North. We "citizens" were duly sworn in as the jury and after being presented with overwhelming evidence of the numerous misdeeds of said Lord North and after carefully considering his objections, excuses and rejecting his attempts at bribery, declared him GUILTY and sentenced him to immediate and extreme punishment. He was HANGED and TORCHED and SHOT. The crowd loved it.
