Happy New Year!

Welcome to another year of Superstork Adventures, otherwise known as the Adventures of Jack & Lorri. This year our theme is based on the current state of the Economy - World, National, State, County, Local and most significantly, personal, all of which are certainly in a sorry state. This will be:

"The Year of Living Frugally"

Yes, we will be changing our spendthrift and carefree ways and concentrating on the idea of having fun without paying much for it. So, I've decided to make my gin in the bathtub, brew beer in the basement and go to our friends houses for dinner. That should save us about forty or fifty thousand dollars this year. We'll go to the library instead of Barnes and Noble. We'll walk and ride our bikes instead of driving. We'll camp for free in Wal-Mart parking lots when we go on Road Trips (Look for Road Trip 9 - RT9 - coming up in April). We'll drink boxes of wine instead of bottles (OK, we may not be THAT radical). We'll be out to prove that we can save money and still have FUN!

So we're off and running (or walking, or riding our bikes) in 2009!
