Back by popular demand for the eighth consecutive year, www.superstork.com presents the adventures of Jack and Lorri as they venture across the country in their trusty Sportsmobile, or hang out at the beach in California, or visit their real estate empire on the east coast, or who knows what 2008 will bring?

How about this?

I tried surfing the other day because the waves looked pretty good. I thought a new sport would be a good thing for 2008 since I haven't taken up a new sport since 2005 when I took up tennis.

That's me, sort of in the middle of those two other guys. I didn't do so well on this wave as you can see, I was having a little trouble standing up. Moments after this photo was snapped, I crashed into the guy on my left, breaking both his legs and totaling his surfboard. I did much better on the next wave.

Back on the beach, I posed for this photo with my new long board. Most old guy surfers use long boards because it reminds them of the "good old days"

I had this board specially made out of wili wili wood. Since it's made out of wood, I don't need to wax it up so my feet don't slip off (I'm a goofy footer), I just rough it up with a sheet or two of 220 grit sandpaper and paddle out. Anyway, I'm stoked about surfing and about 2008. I think it's gonna be a good year!
