Our good friends Greg & Kelly invited us to join them for lunch and a day at the races at Del Mar. After a nourishing repast at Yogi's Beach Bar & Grill,we hit the track.

Before the first race we checked out the paddock area where the ponies prance around and get saddled up.

The horse on the left was the winner of the first race. Deb, if you read this, that was your horse which paid $6 on a $2 bet! Debbie left some money and made some picks for us to bet for her.

Here we are at our table in the clubhouse and then down trackside. The 5 horse in the photo on the right won the race for Lorri who had $5 on him to win!

It was a beautiful day at Del Mar and a great way to spend a Monday afternoon with good friends!
